The Enable section is your content creation hub, designed to equip you with the insights and tools needed to craft compelling sales materials that resonate with your audience. Tailor your pitch around customers' unique pain points and leverage management priorities to create impactful sales content.

Company Enablement: Your Content Library

The Company Enablement section offers a range of templates to help you generate tailored sales materials. These templates provide valuable insights and content that you can use to craft engaging pitches and account plans.

Key Features of Company Enablement:

Template Management: Access, manage, and customize templates.

Template Types: Choose from Pitch Primer, Customer Profile, Management Priorities, Customer Deep Dive, and Digital Transformation, among others.

Preview Functionality: View templates before using them to determine their suitability.

Customization Options: Customize templates to align with your specific needs and sales strategy.

Template Types in Company Enablement

The Company Enablement section offers several valuable templates, each serving a different purpose:

Pitch Primer: A concise 3-4 slide narrative that provides quick insights into a target account's key pain points and financials. This template includes an AI-generated pitch tailored to highlight triggers for investment, ensuring maximum engagement. It is available in two types:

  • Standard: (2-3 Slides) Includes Company Key Facts, Key Financials, and Financial Benchmarking.

  • Persona-Based: (3-4 Slides) Includes all Standard slides plus Talking Points & Pitch Notes generated by AI.

Customer Profile: Expands on the Pitch Primer by including a SWOT analysis and outlining the strategic priorities of target accounts. It also provides insights from signals, tech spend, upcoming contract renewals, and more, compiled into a comprehensive 15-20 slide pack. This template is ideal for clients and sales teams aiming to win business through detailed, relevant insights. It is available in two types:

  • Standard: (15-20 Slides) Includes Company Key Facts and Financials, SWOT, Segments & Locations, Strategic Priorities, Premium Data, Signals, and Financial Benchmarking.

  • Persona-Based: (16-24 Slides) Includes all Standard slides plus Persona-Specific AI Analysis, Talking Points & Pitch Notes.

Management Priorities: Tailored for pitching to CXOs, this template aligns your pitch with the company's strategic priorities, tech drivers, and growth plans. It includes insights from earnings calls to ensure your pitch resonates with the management's point of view.

  • Standard: (3-4 Slides) Includes Key Business & Tech Drivers, Top Keywords, Product & Brand Mentions, and Earnings Call Notes.

Customer Deep Dive: The most comprehensive template, designed for an in-depth understanding and strategy formulation on the target account, this template helps in upselling and is highly detailed.

  • Deep Dive: (60-200 Slides) Provides extensive analysis and insights across various parameters.

Bespoke Account Plans: Customized reports that provide precise, comprehensive insights tailored to your specific needs.

  • Persona-Based: These plans address the client’s specific pain points and are fully customizable.

Save and Customize Templates

Create and modify templates to align with your specific needs.

You can customize the templates to better suit your sales strategy and client needs. Once you create or modify a template, it can be saved and viewed in the Created by Me tab for easy access and further editing. Customization options allow you to tweak the content, slides, and layout to align with the specific requirements of your pitch or client engagement.

Manage Templates

The Company Enablement section offers a range of features that allow you to access and manage various sales templates tailored to your needs. These templates provide valuable insights and content that you can use to tailor your pitches and account plans. The section includes three tabs:

Favorite: Displays templates that you have marked as favorites for quick access.

Created by Me: Shows templates that you have created or customized and saved.

All: Lists all templates, including those defined by GlobalData and those created by you.

If you have not marked any templates as favorites, the SI Tool will automatically display the All tab by default instead of the Favorite tab. This ensures that you can still easily access and view all available templates, including those provided by GlobalData and those you have created or customized.

Delete Templates

You can delete templates that you have created or customized in the Company Enablement section. However, templates defined by GlobalData are protected and cannot be deleted. This ensures that essential, high-quality templates remain available for all users.

Preview Templates

View the content and structure of templates before using them. The SI Tool provides a Preview button for each template, allowing you to view the slides and content of the template. This helps you determine whether the template suits your needs before incorporating it into your sales materials.

Actions

The Company Enablement section displays a listing of the insights you have generated, providing details such as the template type, slide count, and the creation and update dates. You can manage these insights using the following actions:

Download: Allows you to download the generated slides for offline use or to share with your team.

Refresh: Enables you to update the insights with the latest data and signals, ensuring that your content remains current and relevant.

Delete: Removes the insight from your listing if it is no longer needed.

These management options provide flexibility and control over the sales materials you create, allowing you to keep your pitches and presentations up-to-date and relevant.

AI Powered Prompt Slides

Enhance your presentation by adding AI-powered prompt slides from the slide library. These slides provide intelligent insights and suggestions, helping you create a more engaging and impactful narrative.

  1. Apply refinements as required.

  1. Generate Preview

  1. Preview the AI generated response.

  1. View the sources to validate the response.

  1. Click to add the slide to the pack.

  1. The slide is added to your pack.

Even though the full launch of the Industry Enablement section is forthcoming, you can preview the templates to explore their structure and content and start planning how you might use them in your sales strategies.
