Key Features

View and Manage Buying Signals

Buying Signals: Buying signals are categorized based on the specific event that generated them, such as financial updates, earnings releases, or new contracts.

Territory Radar: Buying signals are grouped by the companies or accounts they are associated with.

  • Company Focus: Quickly see how many buying signals are associated with each company to prioritize your efforts.

  1. Buying Signals Count: Easily identify companies with the most potential sales opportunities.

  • Drill Down: View specific buying signals related to each company for detailed analysis and targeted planning.

  1. The Territory Radar tab is particularly valuable for sales teams focused on account-based selling, as it helps you understand and manage relationships with specific companies effectively.

Each view provides essential details about the buying signals, including date, type, event type, and associated companies.

Customization

Save Views: After applying filters and refinements to your buying signals list, you can save these settings as a "view" for quick access in the future. You can give each view a relatable title, making it easy to switch between different perspectives depending on your current focus. To save a view, simply use the edit icon next to the view title, and then click Save. The drop-down icon next to the title allows you to easily switch between your saved views or create a new one.

Refine Buying signals: This option provides a wide array of filters that you can apply to narrow down the buying signals list to the most relevant ones. You can refine buying signals by Markets, Geography, Companies (using common company attributes), time period, or even upload a list of target companies from your watchlist. This level of refinement ensures that you are always working with the most relevant data, tailored to your specific sales strategies.

Create Custom Buying Signals Templates: If you have specific criteria that regularly yield high-quality buying signals, you can create and save customized templates. These templates allow you to consistently generate buying signals that meet your exact specifications, saving time and ensuring consistency in buying signals quality.

Customize Table: You can select which columns to display in the buying signals table, focusing on the data points most relevant to your analysis or decision-making process. This feature allows you to declutter the view and focus on the most critical information.

Export Buying Signals

The export option lets you download your refined buying signals list into an Excel file, making it easy to share with your team or integrate into other systems for further analysis or reporting.
